Warranty

Glam24, operated by Glam24 , provides a one-year warranty for all products purchased online. We offer necessary repair and repolish services for jewelry within one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the entire catalog, including products on sale. However, it does not include repair or repolish for products that have been modified, misused, subjected to wear and tear, or neglected by the buyer.

Sales Policy

By placing an order on our website, you (the buyer) enter into a binding agreement with us (the seller), Glam 24. Once the order is confirmed, the price mentioned in the invoice will be the final price, inclusive of taxes and shipment.

  • Order Confirmation: The order confirmed by the buyer is final, and no cancellations will be considered. Glam24 reserves the right to cancel an order if there is any unauthorized activity in the payment.
  • Damaged or Wrong Products: In the event that a damaged or wrong product is sent by Glam24, please inform us by email, including the tag, product image, and invoice copy.
