Additionally, we provide a refund option within 15 days of initiating the return process, offering online refunds for online payments and store credit for COD (Cash On Delivery) payments.

How to Process a Return/Exchange:

  1. Package Your Items:
    Keep all items, including the invoice, in a secure package. Ensure that the items to be returned or exchanged are unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items damaged during transit must also have the tag attached for us to process the return. Please note that any items damaged or altered after tag removal may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Ship to:

  1. Initiate Return Request:
    Place a return request through our online portal here.
  2. Email Us:
    Email us at support@glam24.in with images of the products, including packaging and tags. This will help us schedule a return pickup.
  3. Return Pickup:
    Once your return request is processed, our courier partner will pick up your package at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.
  4. Refund/Store Credit:
    After the item is picked up, we will credit the amount as STORE CREDIT to your account (if you have one) or initiate an online refund within 15 business days, based on the option you selected during the order placement.

Additional Notes:

  • Exchange Option:
    You can exchange an item purchased at Glam24 with the same item or another one, subject to stock availability.
  • Order Cancellation:
    To cancel an order, please send us an email at support@glam24.in with your order number within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
  • International Orders:
    Please note that at this time, we are unable to process return requests for international orders.
